Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) are Expanded Polystyrene foam sandwiched and adhered between two layers of Fibre Cement by a specialist high pressure machine. SIPs panels are pre-cut off site from CAD architectural drawings for architectural shapes, windows and doors in the factory, before being delivered to sites worldwide. This process allows UPL Greenbuild to exercise the highest levels of quality control and also makes the actual on site build a speedy and economic process. |
